Job Description
- Support with the documentation of HR–related paperwork
- Maintain and update new employee information
- Organize internal company events and employee engagement activities
- Manage and collect invoices, payment processes, or relevant tasks
- Regularly review procurement costs and improvement.
- Manage and monitor office supply inventory, layout. Place orders for office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Conduct annual audits of various functions, including administrative processes, IT systems, security policies, and HR-related documents.
- Assist in recruitment activities when needed (e.g., posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Good at English communication.
- Having previous experience or internship in an IT company is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to learn, proactive with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive communication and logic thinking
- Willing to support recruitment tasks when required
